PENERAPAN PENYUNTINGAN MEKANIK EJAAN DAN DIKSI NASKAH NOVEL “LULUH HINGGA PILUH”

“Luluh hingga Piluh” is a fictional teenage novel created by the author for the Final Project of the Study Program. The author acts as the editor in preparation of the final project. The " Luluh hingga Piluh" script focuses more on script editing needs to be done because there are weaknesses and errors in terms of material and presentation. Luluh hingga Piluh novel, written by Rizka Camelia, is a teenage story with the theme of romance in high school. The target readers of this novel are teenagers as advanced readers aged 16 years and over. The author edits the manuscript as a whole including typos, word choice errors (diction), grammatical errors (spelling), sentence errors, and paragraph errors. In addition, the author also describes the steps of editing the work, starting from pre-editing the manuscript, editing the script, to post-editing the manuscript. For this reason, through the application of script editing, the author makes improvements and arguments for improvement that are presented to the novel's author so that it becomes the material in this final project.

“Luluh hingga Piluh” merupakan novel remaja fiksi untuk karya Tugas Akhir Program Studi. Penulis berperan sebagai penyunting dalam penyusunan karya Tugas Akhir. Naskah “Luluh hingga Piluh” lebih berfokus pada pengembangan Penyuntingan naskah novel “Luluh hingga Piluh” perlu dilakukan karena terdapat kelemahan dan kesalahan dari segi materi dan penyajian. Novel “Luluh hingga Piluh” yang ditulis oleh Rizka Camelia ini merupakan cerita remaja dengan tema kisah romansa pada masa SMA. Pembaca sasaran novel ini adalah remaja sebagai pembaca mahir dengan usia 16 tahun ke atas. Penulis melakukan penyuntingan naskah secara mekanis mencakup kesalahan tik, kesalahan pemilihan kata (diksi), kesalahan tata tulis (ejaan), kesalahan kalimat, dan kesalahan paragraf. Selain itu, penulis juga menjabarkan langkah-langkah penyuntingan karya, mulai dari pra penyuntingan naskah, penyuntingan naskah, hingga pasca penyuntingan naskah. Untuk itu, melalui penerapan penyuntingan naskah, penulis melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan serta argumentasi perbaikan yang disampaikan kepada pengarang novel sehingga menjadi materi pada tugas akhir ini.
