IDENTIFIKASI DEFECT PADA HASIL CETAKAN KARTU MENGGUNAKAN MESIN KOMORI LITHRONE L - 420 DI PT MULTIGRAFIKA GLOBAL

Printing is a technology that produces copies of a document or photo quickly, such as words, images that are on a medium such as cloth, plastic, paper, wood and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of defects in the Smart Electricity Card at PT Multigrafika Global. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. To identify it using the 5W + 1H method. The results of print quality at PT Multigrafika Global have several deficiencies such as spots in the image area, commonly referred to as hickeys (chicken eyes). In addition to some of these problems, there are factors that cause excessive defects, namely dirty blankets, unclean ink, excessive wetting water, improper wetting water PH, lack of wetting water. How to solve problems that affect mold quality and excessive defects by cleaning the blanket, cleaning the ink tub, adjusting the PH of the wetting water. From the problems found, the results of mold quality at PT Crestec Indonesia need to be improved so that the number of defects produced is not too much or excessive.

Percetakan merupakan sebuah teknologi yang memproduksi salinan dari sebuah dokumen atau foto dengan cepat, seperti kata-kata, gambar yang berada di atas sebuah media seperti kain, plastik, kertas, kayu dan sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui macam – macam defect pada Kartu Listrik Pintar di PT Multigrafika Global. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Untuk mengidentifikasi nya menggunakan metode 5W+1H. Hasil kualitas cetakan di PT Multigrafika global memiliki beberapa kekurangan seperti bintik-bintik pada area gambar (image area) yang biasa disebut dengan hickeys (mata ayam). Selain beberapa permasalahan tadi adapun faktor yang menyebabkan defect berlebihan yaitu blanket yang kotor, tinta yang kurang bersih, air pembasah yang berlebihan, PH air pembasah yang kurang tepat, kurangnya air pembasah. Cara mengatasi permasalahan yang mempengaruhi kualitas cetakan dan defect berlebih dengan cara membersihkan blanket, membersihkan bak tinta, mengatur PH air pembasah. Dari permasalahan yang ditemukan hasil kualitas cetakan di PT. Crestec Indonesia perlu ditingkatkan agar jumlah defect yang dihasilkan tidak terlalu banyak atau berlebih.
