PERANCANGAN ULANG PROTOTYPE USER INTERFACE SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI PADA PT. OPTIMA CIPTA SOLUSINDO

ABSTRAK
Websites have an essential role in providing information worldwide. When searching for information, it is crucial that the website's appearance is attractive so that users are easy reading the information. However, the website of PT. Optima Cipta Solusindo as an ISO management consulting, training, and certification service, has an unattractive user interface with issues such as incorrect information layout, overlapping graphic elements, and unresponsive screen displays on laptops, tablets, and mobile screens that do not align with the corporate identity. Other issues include repetitive feature creation, inconsistent colors for each screen, inconsistent text size, and article pages that remain empty.This final project is a solution to redesign prototype user interface as a media for company information and promotion. To redesign the interface the website prototype, data was collected with observations, literature studies, and interviews using the design thinking method. As a result, the writer successfully adapted each screen of the website interface, ensuring consistent colors and text on each page, aligning with the corporate identity, and applying design principles.

Website memainkan peran penting untuk mencari informasi di seluruh dunia. Pada saat mencari informasi pentingnya tampilan website lebih menarik agar calon pengguna nyaman mebaca informasi. Namun pada website PT. Optima Cipta Solusindo yang merupakan layanan jasa konsultasi, pelatihan dan sertifikasi manajemen ISO memiliki tampilan user interface kurang menarik. Mulai dari tata letak informasi yang salah, elemen grafis yang tumpang tindih, tampilan layar responsif pada layar laptop, tablet dan ponsel yang kurang sesuai dengan identitas perusahaan, pembuatan fitur yang berulang-ulang, warna tidak konsisten setiap layar, ukuran text yang tidak konsisten dan halaman artikel yang masih kosong. Oleh karena itu penulis merancang tugas akhir berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut yaitu perancangan ulang prtototype user interface sebagai media informasi dan promosi perusahaan. Agar dapat merancang ulang antar muka dalam prototype website maka data diambil dari observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan metode perancangan design thinking. Hasil dari perancangan ulang dari halaman user interface penulis berhasil mengadaptasikan setiap layar halaman antar muka website serta menkonsistenkan warna dan text pada setiap halaman website sesuai dengan identitas perusahaan yang menerapakan prinsip desain.
