Pemanfaatan Perca Denim Factory Menggunakan Teknik Sulam Sashiko Pada Sustainable Fashion Untuk Busana Siap Pakai

The Denim Factory company is a company operating in the fashion sector that sells clothing made from denim and chinos. The Denim Factory company has accumulated rag waste, which cannot be reused and is simply thrown away. The problem in this research is processing pre-consumer denim waste from the Denim Factory company for women's ready-to-wear clothing using the sashiko embroidery technique and making ready-to-wear clothing using the denim patchwork sashiko technique at the Denim Factory company. The aim of this research is to find out how to process quilts using the sashiko embroidery technique and make ready-to-wear clothing using the sashiko embroidery technique at the Denim Factory
company. The method used is exploratory qualitative descriptive using Hasso Plattner's theory by obtaining data through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this research are collecting waste materials, selecting patchwork that can still be used, grouping the colors of the patchwork on the denim factory, then washing it to see whether it fades or not, seeing the results of the
washing process on the Denim Factory patchwork. drying on the Denim Factory patchwork, ironing, the sewing stage between the patchworks to form ready-to-wear fabric and the results of this research, the results of patchwork patterned
clothing produced using the sashiko embroidery technique with a target market aged 20 - 25 years with clothing prices based on the questionnaire set at IDR 400,000 - IDR 500,000.

Perusahaan Denim Factory adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang fashion yang menjual pakaian berbahan denim dan chinos. Perusahaan Denim Factory memiliki limbah kain perca yang menumpuk, yang tidak dapat dimanfaatkan kembali dan dibuang begitu saja. Masalah dalam penelitian ini mengolah limbah prakonsumsi denim dari perusahaan Denim Factory busana siap pakai wanita dengan teknik sulam sashiko dan membuat busana siap pakai dengan melakukan teknik sashiko kain perca denim pada perusahaan Denim Factory. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui cara mengolah perca menggunakan teknik sulam sashiko dan membuat busana siap pakai dengan teknik sulam sashiko pada perusahaan Denim Factory. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif
eksploratif denagn teori Hasso plattner dengan mendapatkan data dengan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mengumpulkan bahan limbah, memilih kain perca yang masih bisa di pakai, mengelompokan warna perca
pada, lalu di cuci untuk mengetahui luntur atau tidaknya, melihat hasil dari proses pencucian, penjemuran pada perca, penyetrikaan dan tahap penjahitan antar perca membentuk kain siap pakai dan hasil penelitian ini, Hasil busana yang bermotif perca yang menghasilkan dengan teknik sulam sashiko dengan target market usia 20 – 25 tahun dengan harga busana berdasarkan kuesioner di tetapkan Rp400.000 – Rp500.000.
