ABSTRACT
Motivation is the desire to strive as hard as possible toward the goals of an
organization, conditioned or determined by the organization's ability to meet
individual needs. Performance refers to job performance, job execution, and job
output. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of work motivation on
employee performance. The population of this study is an employee at the Hotel
Athlete Century Park. Data collection techniques include using a Google Form
questionnaire. The methods used are the validity test, rehabilitation test, descriptive
analysis, mean test, t test, f test, and determination coefficient test. The results of
the study showed that the correlation test showed a figure of 0.066, which means
that the influence of work motivation on employee performance is 6.6%. It can be
concluded that H0 was rejected and HA was accepted, which means there is a
significant influence on job motivation at the Hotel Athlete Century Park Jakarta.

ABSTRAK
Motivasi adalah keinginan untuk berusaha semaksimal mungkin mencapai tujuan
organisasi yang dikondisikan atau ditentukan oleh kemampuan organisasi dalam
memenuhi kebutuhan individu. Kinerja mengacu pada kinerja pekerjaan,
pelaksanaan pekerjaan, dan keluaran pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi
penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Hotel Atlet Century Park. Teknik pengambilan
data menggunakan kuesioner google form. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis
deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas,
analisis deskriptif, uji mean, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil
penelitian meunjukan bahwa uji korelasi menunjukan angka sebesar 0,066 hal ini
mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah
sebesar 6,6%. Dapat disimpulkan HO ditolak, HA diterima, yang berarti adanya
pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kerja pada Hotel Atlet Century Park Jakarta.
