PERAN PRODUSER DALAM PENERAPAN TAHAPAN MANAJEMEN PRODUKSI PADA PRORGRAM FEATURE RADIO “SUARA DARI TANAH JAUH”

The Feature Radio Situation program is a story of a student or pupil who tells about exploring a study abroad journey to dive into unique experiences while exploring new cultures by facing culture shock, and describes how new experiences not only broaden horizons, but also change life perspectives deeply with the diversity and challenges faced in the global education journey. . This global education journey is full of diversity, challenges, and reflective moments that shape character, foster empathy, and enrich cross-cultural understanding. In this study, the author acts as a producer. The producer has an important responsibility in developing the concept of the program to be produced, compiling proposals that cover various aspects such as story ideas, artistic approaches, production techniques, content segmentation, to budget calculations. In addition, the producer also directs the creative and technical processes so that the final result is in accordance with the program's vision. The author uses an online survey method via google form for students, workers, parents and the wider audience.

Program Feature Radio Situation adalah kisah seseorang mahasiswa atau pelajar yang menceritakan tentang mengeksplorasi perjalanan yang studi ke luar negeri untuk menyelami pengalaman unik saat menjelajahi budaya baru dengan menghadapi culture shock , dan menggambarkan bagaimana pengalaman baru , tidak hanya memperluas wawasan, tetapi juga mengubah perspektif hidup secara mendalam dengan keberagaman dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam perjalanan pendidikan global. . Perjalanan pendidikan global ini penuh dengan keberagaman, tantangan, serta momen reflektif yang membentuk karakter, menumbuhkan empati, dan memperkaya pemahaman lintas budaya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis berperan sebagai produser. Produser memiliki tanggung jawab penting dalam mengembangkan konsep program yang akan diproduksi, menyusun proposal yang mencakup berbagai aspek seperti ide cerita, pendekatan artistik, teknis produksi, segmentasi isi, hingga perhitungan anggaran. Selain itu, produser juga mengarahkan proses kreatif dan teknis agar hasil akhirnya sesuai dengan visi program. Penulis menggunakan metode survey secara online melalui google form terhadap pelajar/ mahasiswa , pekerja , orang tua dan khalayak luas.
