Abstract
Laporan ini membahas peran produser dalam merancang sebuah program televisi anak yang edukatif dan menyenangkan berjudul Creative Kids. Latar belakang perancangan ini berangkat dari minimnya program anak di televisi Indonesia yang menyeimbangkan unsur hiburan dan pendidikan, terutama dengan pendekatan playbased learning. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan landasan teori mengenai produksi televisi, konsep produser, segmentasi anak usia dini, serta metode pembelajaran melalui bermain. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari tahapan perancangan ini meliputi penyusunan konsep program,pembagian segmen, penyusunan budget, pengawasan produksi, hingga hasil tayangan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia 5–6 tahun. Dalam proses produksi, penulis sebagai produser terlibat penuh dalam setiap tahap mulai dari pra-produksi, produksi, hingga pasca-produksi. Salah satu fokus utama adalah memastikan bahwa konten program memadukan unsur bermain dan belajar secara seimbang melalui aktivitas kreatif menggunakan loose parts. Program ini tidak hanya menghadirkan hiburan, namun juga mendukung perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan motorik anak. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini menunjukkan bahwa peran produser sangat krusial dalam menjembatani konsep edukatif dengan implementasi teknis produksi.

This report discusses the role of a producer in designing an educational and enjoyable children's television program titled Creative Kids. The background of this program design stems from the limited number of children’s shows on
Indonesian television that balance entertainment and educational elements, particularly through a play-based learning approach. The research is grounded in theoretical frameworks related to television production, the concept of a producer, early childhood audience segmentation, and learning through play. The author employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, using data collection
techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The design stages include program concept development, segment structuring, budget planning, production supervision, and producing a final show that suits the characteristics of children aged 5 to 6 years. During the production process, the author, acting as the producer, was fully involved in every stage, from preproduction to production and post-production. One of the main focuses was to ensure that the program content effectively integrates play and learning through
creative activities using loose parts. This program not only offers entertainment but also supports the cognitive, social, and motor development of children. The conclusion of this report highlights the crucial role of the producer in bridging educational concepts with the technical implementation of production.
