PERAN PROGRAM DIRECTOR DALAM PEMBUATAN PROGRAM TALK SHOW TAPPING “3 Showdara”

dan informasi terkini. Dirancang untuk Generasi Z di Indonesia yang menghadapi
tantangan seperti burnout, “3 Showdara” mengedepankan kreativitas dan relevansi
topik. Sebagai Program Director, penulis bertanggung jawab atas seluruh proses
produksi, mulai dari praproduksi hingga pascaproduksi. Pada tahap praproduksi,
tugas utama mencakup pengembangan konsep program, penentuan tema setiap
episode, dan pemilihan topik yang menarik bagi pemirsa. Persiapan teknis juga
menjadi tanggung jawab utama, meliputi koordinasi dengan tim produksi dan
pengaturan lokasi syuting. Selama produksi, pengarahan tim dan talent menjadi
fokus utama, memastikan semua bekerja secara harmonis dan efektif. Pada tahap
pascaproduksi, Program Director mengawasi proses editing untuk memastikan

and selecting topics that will engage viewers. Technical preparation is also a key
responsibility, involving coordination with the production team and organizing
shooting locations. During production, directing the team and talent is the main
focus, ensuring everyone works harmoniously and effectively. In the postproduction stage, the Program Director oversees the editing process to ensure the
final product aligns with the program's vision. This report highlights the challenges
