PERANCANGAN WEBSITE PENDAFTARAN SERTIFIKASI ASESI BERBASIS LARAVEL DENGAN METODE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) (STUDI KASUS:LEMBAGA SERTIFIKASI PROFESI GIZI)

Proses sertifikasi di Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Gizi yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti lambatnya verifikasi, tingginya risiko kesalahan data, serta kesulitan dalam pelacakan status pendaftaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan website pendaftaran sertifikasi asesi berbasis Laravel menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi administrasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memfasilitasi pendaftaran daring, unggah dokumen, verifikasi data, serta pemantauan status peserta secara terpusat. Sistem ini juga memperoleh respons positif dari pengguna karena meningkatkan kecepatan dan transparansi layanan sertifikasi di LSP Gizi Indonesia.

The certification process at the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) for Nutrition, which was previously conducted manually, encountered various obstacles such as slow verification, high risk of data errors, and difficulties in tracking registration status. This study aims to design and develop a web-based certification registration system for candidates using the Laravel framework and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method to improve administrative efficiency and accuracy. The results show that the developed system facilitates online registration, document uploads, data verification, and centralized monitoring of participant status. The system also received positive feedback from users for enhancing the speed and transparency of certification services at LSP Gizi.
