ABSTRACT
Hospitality is an industry that is increasing every year, to be ableto compete with
theindustry, everyhotelmustprovidethebestserviceforitscustomers, toachieve that it
needs competent and knowledgeable employees and attractiveappearances. This
research aims to find out how the influence of training development on employee
performance at the Intercontinental Hotel Jakarta. This study usesa
quantitativemethodwith a sample of36f&b serviceemployees. Data collection was
carried out through research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data
analysis used was a simple linear regression analysis accompanied by a normality
test and a linearity test.Based on the results of the calculation of the T Test, it is
known that t count (2,544)>t table (1.6688) so thatit can be concluded that there
is a significant and positive influence between the development of training (x) on
the performance of (y) f&b service employees atthe Intercontinental Hotel
Jakarta.

ABSTRACT
Perhotelan menjadi industi yang meningkat setiap tahun nya, untuk bisa bersaing
dengan industri nya setiap hotel harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk
pelanggan nya, untuk mencapai hal itu dibutuhkan ada nya karyawan yang
kompeten dan memiliki pengetahuan serta penampilan menarik. Penelitiann ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengembangan pelatihan
terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Intercontinental Jakarta. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sample sebanyak36 orang karyawan f&b
service. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melaui instrumen penelitian berupa
kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana
disertai dengan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Uji
T diketahui t hitung (2,544)>t table (1,6688) seehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat
pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara pengembangan pelatihan (x) terhadap
kinerja karyawan (y) f&b service di Hotel Interconntinental Jakarta.
