PERANCANGAN "PADU" MEDIA EDUKASI PERTOLONGAN DASAR LAKALANTAS BERBASIS PROGRESSIVE WEB APP DENGAN GSAP

The goal of this design is to create an educational platform based on a Progressive Web App (PWA) that covers basic traffic accident assistance. This platform aims to overcome the limitations of traditional web methods and native apps, which require an internet connection or storage space that can hinder the delivery of information. The research method is a quantitative approach using the WebQual 4.0 method. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 40 respondents targeting the working-age population, who constitute the largest proportion of drivers and are therefore most vulnerable to traffic accidents. The results of the study indicate that visitors are highly satisfied with the usability of the PADU website, scoring it 4.45 out of 5. The score indicates that visitors can easily and effectively use the website with the support of PWA technology. In conclusion, an educational website based on PWA technology that can be accessed through the homepage is an effective and efficient solution that enables access to information without limitations on internet signals.

Perancangan ini bertujuan sebagai implementasi platform edukasi berbasis Progressive Web App (PWA) dengan topik pertolongan dasar lakalantas untuk mengatasi keterbatasan metode web tradisional dan native app yang membutuhkan sinyal internet ataupun memori penyimpanan yang dapat menghambat penyampaian informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode WebQual 4.0. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan total 40 responden dengan target kelompok usia produktif yang menjadi bagian terbesar dari pengemudi kendaraan transportasi, sehingga rentan terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website PADU membuat pengunjung website merasa sangat puas terhadap variabel usability dengan skor 4.45 dari 5 yang menunjukkan secara keseluruhan website dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan efektif oleh pengunjung dengan dukungan teknologi PWA. Kesimpulan dari perancangan ini adalah bahwa website edukatif berbasis PWA yang dapat diakses melalui beranda merupakan solusi yang efektif dan efisien, memungkinkan akses informasi tanpa keterbatasan pada sinyal internet.
