PERANCANGAN KARAKTER DAN MOTION GRAPHIC MASKOT YAYASAN KARYA BAKTI UNITED TRACTORS

The easiest brand to recognize today is a mascot that can be a form of
personification of an organization or product. Yayasan Karya Bakti United
Tractors, abbreviated as YKBUT, precisely the Learning Center section needs to
create a mascot that can reflect the foundation. This research uses quantitative
research methods with observation, interview and literature study techniques. This
research aims to create mascot characters and motion graphics that can attract the
attention of young employees, besides mascots and motion graphics are also useful
for introducing YKBUT to the public. Therefore, the need for a mascot for YKBUT
is needed to attract the attention of young employees and the general public about
what YKBUT is like.
Brand yang paling mudah untuk dikenali saat ini adalah maskot yang dapat menjadi
wujud personifikasi dari suatu organisasi ataupun produk. Yayasan Karya Bakti
United Tractors disingkat YKBUT, tepatnya bagian Learning Center perlu dibuat
maskot yang dapat mencerminkan yayasan tersebut. Dalam membuat karakter
maskot ini, penulis mempelajari mengenai ilustrasi dan motion graphic. Penelitian
ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik observasi,
wawancara dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membuat
karakter maskot yang dapat menarik perhatian pegawai muda, motion graphic juga
bermanfaat untuk memperkenalkan YKBUT ke muka umum. Maka dari itu,
kebutuhan maskot untuk YKBUT diperlukan untuk menarik perhatian dari pegawai
muda maupun masyarakat umum mengenai perihal seperti apa YKBUT itu.
