PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI HOTEL CENTURY PARK JAKARTA

ABSTRACT
The physical work environment is a physical condition found around the
workplace that can affect employees either directly or indirectly. Productivity
is a measure of how productively a process produces output. Productivity is
also defined as the relationship between input and output and focuses on the
output produced by a process. The purpose of this research is to determine the
influence of the physical work environment on the work productivity of Century
Park Hotel employees. The population of this study was hotel employees, with
a total of 83 respondents. This research method is quantitative descriptive
analysis. The methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive
statistical analysis, mean tests, and Spearman rank correlation tests. The
research results show that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is a
significant influence and a moderate and unidirectional relationship between
the physical work environment and the work productivity of Century Park
Hotel Jakarta employees.

ABSTRAK
Lingkungan kerja fisik merupakan suatu keadaan berbentuk fisik yang terdapat
disekitar tempat kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi karyawan baik langsung
maupun tidak langsung. Produktivitas adalah ukuran seberapa produktif suatu
proses menghasilkan output. Produktivitas juga diartikan sebagai hubungan
antara input dan output dan berfokus pada output yang dihasilkan oleh suatu
proses. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik
terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Hotel Century Park. Populasi penelitian
ini adalah karyawan hotel dengan 83 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah
analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji
realibilitas, analisis statistik destrikpitf, uji mean, dan uji korelasi rank
spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak, H1 diterima maka
ada pengaruh signifikan dan hubungan yang sedang dan searah antara
Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Produktivitas kerja karyawan Hotel Century Park
Jakarta.
