Abstract
ABSTRACT
The presence of employees who violate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is
an assessment of the quality of the performance of waiters and waitresses in the
world of Food and Beverage (F&B) Service because the quality of performance in
serving guests will affect the level of service to guests because there is still
negligence in their duties carried out by waiters. and waitresses, because the
problem is the quality of performance of waiters/waitresses and the effectiveness of
the quality of performance of waiters/waitresses at the Wyndham Casablanca
Jakarta hotel restaurant. The aim is to improve the quality and effectiveness of the
performance of waiters and waitresses at the Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hotel
restaurant. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data
obtained through observation, interviews and literature review. The results of this
research are ways to increase the effectiveness of the quality of performance of
waiters and waitresses by participating in training or performance honing, various
up-to-date trend training, more honed skills, broader knowledge and work
experience.

ABSTRAK
Adanya karyawan yang melanggar Standar Oprasional Prosedur (SOP) menjadi
sebuah penilaian pada kualitas kinerjanya waiter dan waitress di dunia Food and
Beverage (F&B) Service karena kualitas kinerja dalam melayani tamu akan
berpengaruh dalam tingkat pelayanan terhadap tamu karena masih adanya
kelalaian tugas yang dilakukan oleh waiter dan waitress, karena permasalahanya
kualitas kinerja pada waiter/ waitress dan efektivitas dari kualitas kinerja waiter/
waitress restoran hotel Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. Tujuannnya untuk
meningkatkan kualitas dan efektifitas kinerja waiter dan waitress di restoran hotel
Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif
deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan kajian Pustaka.
Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah cara meningkatkan Efektifitas kualitas kinerja
pada waiter dan waitress dengan mengikuti training ataupun pengasahan kinerja,
berbagai pelatihan trend yang uptodate, skill yang lebih terasah, knowledge yang
lebih luas dan pengalaman kerja .
