SUTRADARA FILM FIKSI “PENDAM”

Desain produksi berperan besar dalam pembuatan suatu karna film, sebab
dapat menjadi alat tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah produksi. Berdasarkan
pernyataan tersebut, penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan peran
penting perencanaan proses kreatif di departemen penyutradaraan dalam Produksi
Film Pendek “ Pendam”. Penulis menggunakan tinjauan pustaka yang mengacu
kepada pendapat tentang Sutradara bertanggung jawab terhadap semua aspek kreatif
dalam sebuah film mulai dari konsep awal hingga selesai. Berdasarkan
pembahasannya, penyebab sutradara dapat berhasil mengimplementasikan desain
produksi dengan baik dikarenakan telah matangnya perencanaan proses kreatif
didepartemen penyutradaraan. Sehingga hasil dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini
menunjukkan bahwa peran penting perencanaan proses kreatif di departemen
penyutradaraan adalah sebagai panduan sutradara meminimalisir persoalan yang
tidak dapat dihindari saat memimpin saat jalannya Produksi Film.

tool for a production. Based on this statement, the purpose of this final project is to
describe the important role of creative process planning in the directing
department in the production of short films “Pendam”. The author uses a literature
review which refers to the opinion that the director is responsible for all creative
aspects in a film from initial concept to completion. Based on the discussion, the
reason the director can successfully implement the production design well is due to
the maturity of the creative process planning in the directing department. So that
the results of the writing of this Final Project show that the important role of
creative process planning in the directing department is as a director's guide to
minimize the unavoidable problems when leading the film production process.
