PENERAPAN RACI CHART OLEH PRODUSER DALAM PEMBAGIAN TANGGUNG JAWAB TIM PRODUKSI REALITY SHOW "NYERBU KAMAR"

The topic of this final project is the implementation of the RACI Chart by the producer in distributing responsibilities within the "Nyerbu Kamar" reality show production team. This program highlights the issue of compulsive hoarding, where the production process is highly vulnerable to role overlapping due to field miscommunication among the crew. The objective of this writing is to describe the effectiveness of implementing the RACI Chart by the producer in delegating authority. The literature review underpinning this project includes broadcasting management theories, the producer's organizational roles, and the accountability matrix concept. Data was collected through field observations, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The discussion results show that implementing the RACI Chart during the pre-production, production, and post-production stages is proven effective as a delegation instrument. The producer acts as the absolute decision-maker (Accountable) while the crew serves as technical executors (Responsible). This approach successfully mitigated various crises, from location scouting issues and casting processes to confined shooting spaces. In conclusion, this method significantly prevents miscommunication and accelerates workflow, although the ultimate production success still demands the producer's managerial flexibility in responding to unexpected situational dynamics

Topik dari tugas akhir ini adalah penerapan RACI Chart oleh produser dalam pembagian tanggung jawab tim produksi reality show "Nyerbu Kamar". Program ini mengangkat isu penumpukan barang (hoarding) yang proses produksinya rentan mengalami tumpang tindih peran akibat miskomunikasi kru di lapangan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penerapan RACI Chart oleh produser dalam mendelegasikan wewenang. Tinjauan pustaka yang melandasi perancangan ini mencakup teori manajemen penyiaran, peran pengorganisasian produser, dan konsep matriks akuntabilitas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, serta studi pustaka. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi RACI Chart pada tahap pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi terbukti efektif sebagai instrumen pendelegasian. Produser memposisikan diri sebagai pemegang keputusan mutlak (Accountable) dan kru sebagai eksekutor teknis (Responsible). Pendekatan ini berhasil memitigasi berbagai krisis, mulai dari kendala pencarian lokasi, proses casting, hingga keterbatasan ruang syuting. Simpulannya, metode ini secara signifikan mampu mencegah miskomunikasi dan mempercepat ritme kerja, meskipun keberhasilan produksi pada akhirnya tetap menuntut keluwesan manajerial produser dalam merespons dinamika situasi yang tak terduga.
