PERAN PRODUSER DALAM MANAJEMEN TALENT ANAK-ANAK PADA PROSES PRODUKSI SERIAL DRAMA ANAK ‘’ZOORIA’’

ABSTRACT
Television program production depends not only on the quality of the concept and technical aspects, but is also influenced by the producer’s ability to manage human resources, particularly talent. Managing child talent involves a higher level of complexity because their developmental characteristics differ from those of adults, thus requiring the right approach, guidance, and coordination throughout the production process. As a producer, the author implemented talent management in the production of the children’s drama series Zooria. The results demonstrate that talent management helps producers maintain the physical and emotional well-being of child talent, establish effective communication with parents or guardians, and create a comfortable and conducive production environment. This implementation also supported the smooth running of the production process, minimized obstacles during filming, and helped the child actors deliver optimal performances. Thus, the producer’s implementation of talent management was a key factor in the success of the children’s drama series Zooria.

Produksi program televisi tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas konsep dan aspek teknis, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan produser dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, khususnya talent. Pengelolaan talent anak memiliki tingkat kompleksitas yang lebih tinggi karena karakteristik perkembangan mereka berbeda dengan orang dewasa, sehingga memerlukan pendekatan, pendampingan, serta koordinasi yang tepat selama proses produksi. Penulis sebagai produser, menerapkan manajemen talent pada produksi serial drama anak Zooria. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen talent membantu produser dalam menjaga kondisi fisik dan emosional talent, membangun komunikasi yang efektif dengan orang tua atau wali, serta menciptakan lingkungan produksi yang nyaman dan kondusif. Penerapan tersebut turut mendukung kelancaran proses produksi, meminimalkan hambatan selama syuting, serta membantu talent menampilkan performa yang optimal. Dengan demikian, penerapan manajemen talent oleh produser menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan produksi serial drama anak Zooria.
