PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SLACK SEBAGAI STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI DALAM PROGRAM TUTORIAL "MODA ADVENTURE"

ABSTRACT
Indonesia has experienced a growing interest in outdoor sports activities, particularly among young people and university students. However, many beginners participate in these activities without adequate knowledge of preparation and safety procedures. Based on this condition, the Moda Adventure tutorial program was created as an educational medium that provides practical and engaging information about outdoor sports. In this production, the author served as the Producer, responsible for coordinating all stages of the production process. To support effective team communication, the author utilized Slack as a coordination platform throughout the production. The results indicate that the use of Slack helped establish a more organized communication system, accelerated information exchange, and improved the effectiveness of team coordination during the production process.

ABSTRAK
Indonesia mengalami peningkatan minat terhadap aktivitas olahraga alam, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda dan mahasiswa. Namun, masih banyak pemula yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut tanpa memahami persiapan dan prosedur keselamatan yang memadai. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, dibuat program tutorial Moda Adventure sebagai media edukasi yang memberikan informasi mengenai olahraga alam secara praktis dan menarik. Dalam produksi program ini, penulis berperan sebagai Produser yang bertanggung jawab mengoordinasikan seluruh proses produksi. Untuk mendukung kelancaran komunikasi tim, penulis memanfaatkan aplikasi Slack sebagai media koordinasi selama proses produksi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Slack membantu menciptakan sistem komunikasi yang lebih terorganisir, mempercepat pertukaran informasi, serta meningkatkan efektivitas koordinasi tim selama produksi program berlangsung.
