PEMBUATAN MAJALAH ELEKTRONIK COCOROLL SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI INOVASI ROLL CAKE SUBSTITUSI TEPUNG KELAPA BERKONSEP DECONSTRUCTED ES DOGER

The use of coconut flour as a substitute ingredient in pastry products is still not widely recognized by the public. Therefore, an engaging and easy-to-understand informational medium is needed. This final project aims to develop the Cocoroll e-magazine as a digital information medium introducing an innovative roll cake made with coconut flour substitution and inspired by the deconstructed Es Doger concept. The objective of this final project is to describe the process of developing the Cocoroll e-magazine as a medium for culinary innovation information. This study applies Dalman's writing theory and uses a qualitative research approach with literature review, observation, and interviews as data collection methods. Interviews were conducted with two expert lecturers and five respondents to evaluate the content and design of the e-magazine. The development process consisted of three stages: writing, design, and publication. The results showed that the Cocoroll e-magazine has an attractive visual appearance, systematic content presentation, and information that is easy to understand. Based on the evaluations from the expert lecturers and respondents, the e-magazine was considered suitable for publication after several revisions. Therefore, the Cocoroll e-magazine can serve as an effective digital information medium for introducing an innovative roll cake made with coconut flour substitution and a deconstructed Es Doger concept to the public. Pemanfaatan tepung kelapa sebagai bahan substitusi dalam produk pastry masih belum banyak dikenal masyarakat, sehingga diperlukan media informasi yang menarik dan mudah dipahami. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang e-magazine Cocoroll sebagai media informasi mengenai inovasi roll cake substitusi tepung kelapa berkonsep deconstructed Es Doger. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah menjelaskan proses pembuatan e-magazine Cocoroll sebagai media informasi inovasi kuliner. Penulisan ini menggunakan teori penulisan menurut Dalman, serta pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan kepada dua dosen ahli dan lima responden untuk memperoleh penilaian terhadap isi dan desain e-magazine. Proses pembuatan e-magazine dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu penulisan, desain, dan publikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-magazine Cocoroll memiliki tampilan yang menarik, penyajian informasi yang sistematis, dan mudah dipahami. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dosen ahli dan responden, e-magazine dinyatakan layak dipublikasikan setelah dilakukan beberapa penyempurnaan. Dengan demikian, e-magazine Cocoroll dapat menjadi media informasi digital yang efektif untuk memperkenalkan inovasi roll cake substitusi tepung kelapa berkonsep deconstructed Es Doger kepada masyarakat.
