ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PEDOMAN PERSIAPAN MAGANG MAHASISWA PERHOTELAN SEBAGAI DASAR PERANCANGAN PROTOTIPE APLIKASI INNEDUCA

This study analyzes the real needs of hospitality students regarding internship preparation guidelines across technical, psychological, and social aspects to serve as a basis for designing the InnEduca application prototype. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach in the Analysis stage of the ADDIE model and User-Centered Design principles, data were gathered through semistructured interviews with 13 informants consisting of students, lecturers, and hospitality practitioners. The data analysis was based on holistic work readiness theory, culture shock adaptation phases, and multimedia learning principles. The results revealed technical gaps in Property Management System (PMS) operations, psychological barriers of low self-efficacy, and social challenges related to fastpaced workflows and overtime culture. These findings became the foundation for designing several features of the InnEduca prototype on Figma, which include a mental readiness quiz, the NATO phonetic alphabet, as well as CV and interview
guides. In conclusion, the InnEduca prototype is designed to bridge academic theory on campus with the real-world realities of the hospitality industry.

Kajian ini menganalisis kebutuhan riil pedoman persiapan magang mahasiswa perhotelan pada aspek teknis, psikologis, dan sosial sebagai dasar perancangan prototipe aplikasi InnEduca. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif pada tahap Analysis model ADDIE dan prinsip User-Centered Design,
data dihimpun melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur bersama 13 informan yang terdiri atas mahasiswa, dosen, dan praktisi perhotelan. Analisis data didasarkan pada teori kesiapan kerja holistik, fase adaptasi culture shock, dan prinsip
pembelajaran multimedia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan teknis pada operasional Property Management System (PMS), hambatan psikologis berupa rendahnya keyakinan diri (self-efficacy), serta tantangan sosial terkait ritme
kerja cepat dan budaya lembur (overtime). Temuan tersebut menjadi landasan merancang beberapa fitur prototipe InnEduca pada Figma yang meliputi kuis kesiapan mental, alfabet fonetik NATO, serta panduan CV dan wawancara. Simpulannya, prototipe InnEduca dirancang untuk membantu teori akademik di kampus dan realitas nyata di industri perhotelan.
