PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENJADWALAN MENGGUNAKAN GANTT CHART OLEH PRODUSER PADA PROGRAM MAGAZINE ”EXPLORE THE VILLAGE”

ABSTRACK
“Explore The Village” is a magazine-style program that showcases explorations of tourism villages in Indonesia through informative and entertaining audiovisual content, highlighting natural beauty, local culture, traditions, and the economic potential of rural communities. Hosted by two presenters with distinct personalities, this 30-minute program is distributed via YouTube to reach a wider audience particularly young people. The first episode to be produced is titled “Explore The Village: Exploring the Beauty of Malasari Tourism Village, Bogor.” The production process requires a structured scheduling system to ensure that the pre-production, production, and post-production stages proceed effectively. Therefore, the author, acting as the producer, will discuss the design of a schedule using the Gantt Chart method; this serves as a guideline for the production team in managing the sequence of activities production process.

ABSTRAK
“Explore The Village” merupakan program Magazine Show yang menampilkan eksplorasi desa wisata di Indonesia melalui tayangan audio visual yang informatif dan menghibur untuk memperkenalkan keindahan alam, budaya lokal, tradisi, serta potensi ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Dipandu oleh dua host dengan karakter berbeda, program dengan durasi 30 menit ini didistribusikan melalui YouTube sebagai platform digital untuk menjangkau penonton yang lebih luas, khususnya generasi muda. Episode pertama yang akan diproduksi berjudul “Explore The Village : Mengexplore Keindahan Desa Wisata Malasari, Bogor”. Dalam proses produksinya, diperlukan sistem penjadwalan yang terstruktur agar tahapan pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi berjalan efektif. Oleh karena itu, penulis sebagai produser akan membahas perancangan penjadwalan menggunakan metode Gantt Chart sebagai pedoman kerja tim produksi dalam mengatur urutan kegiatan proses produksi.
