PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI SPMB ONLINE BERBASIS LARAVEL DI SMA ARIF RAHMAN HAKIM DENGAN METODE AGILE

Pengelolaan informasi dan penerimaan siswa di SMA Arif Rahman Hakim yang masih manual menyebabkan inefisiensi administrasi. Penelitian ini mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengembangkan sistem SPMB online berbasis Laravel menggunakan metodologi Agile Extreme Programming (XP). Melalui tiga iterasi pengembangan, sistem berhasil mengintegrasikan website sekolah, portal pendaftaran mandiri, dan fitur verifikasi berkas otomatis berbasis Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Pengujian black box testing pada 46 skenario menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Hasil
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dari 20 responden juga mencapai tingkat penerimaan 93,13% (kategori Sangat Baik), sehingga berdasarkan hasil kedua pengujian tersebut sistem disimpulkan layak untuk digunakan.

The manual management of information and student admissions at SMA Arif Rahman Hakim causes administrative inefficiency. This study addresses the issue by developing a Laravel-based online New Student Admission (SPMB) system using the Agile Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. Through three development iterations, the system successfully integrated the school website, an independent registration portal, and an automated document verification feature based on Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Black-box testing conducted on 46 scenarios showed that all system functionalities operated according to their specifications. Furthermore, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 20 respondents achieved an acceptance rate of 93.13% (Very Good category), Based on the results of both tests, the system was concluded to be feasible for use.
