RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI RESELLER PADA UMKM "DOUBLE F" BERBASIS WEBSITE

Double F, an SME that still uses a conventional, manual order management system, faces challenges due to a lack of integration with orders from Resellers—who act as intermediaries in the sales and marketing of products to consumers. This study aims to help structure the order system between the manufacturer and Resellers and make it more accessible by designing a web-based information system. The system design is based on Management Information Systems theory, with features derived from user needs analysis serving as a reference for determining the system’s workflow. The selected development method is RAD (Rapid Application Development) with the implementation of the Laravel framework on the backend. This information system is designed with a focus on user needs, and its features can be iteratively improved. Subsequently, the website underwent testing using the Blackbox Testing method for functionality testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for feasibility testing. The test results show that all main features function properly; furthermore, the UAT score on the Likert scale yielded a value of 88.95%, which falls within the “Very Good” category. The satisfaction analysis score was 94.37%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this website-based Reseller information system is suitable for use and can function effectively according to user needs.

UMKM Double F yang masih menggunakan sistem pengelolaan pesanan secara konvensional dan manual memiliki kendala atas pesanan yang kurang terintegrasi dari sisi reseller sebagai perantara kegiatan penjualan dan pemasaran produk kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu sistem pesanan yang berjalan antar pihak produsen dan reseller lebih terstruktur dan mudah diakses dengan merancang sistem informasi berbasis website dengan fitur minimal order 10 produk untuk mempertahankan konsistensi harga grosir yang berbeda dari pembeli ecer. Perancangan sistem ini didasarkan pada teori Sistem Informasi Manajemen dengan fitur hasil analisis kebutuhan pengguna sebagai acuan dalam menentukan alur kerja sistem. Metode pengembangan yang dipilih adalah RAD (Rapid Application Development) dengan implementasi teknologi framework laravel pada sisi backend. Sistem informasi ini dirancang mengutamakan kebutuhan pengguna dan fitur dapat diperbaiki secara berulang, selanjutnya website melewati tahap pengujian dengan metode Blackbox Testing untuk uji fungsionalitas dan UAT (User Acceptance Testing) untuk uji kelayakan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama dapat berfungsi dengan baik, kemudian skor UAT dengan Skala Likert menghasilkan presentasi nilai sebesar 88,95% yang termasuk ke dalam kriteria Sangat Baik. Adapun Analisis Kepuasan 94,37%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi reseller berbasis website ini layak digunakan dan dapat berfungsi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.
