PERAN PENULIS NASKAH DALAM PENULISAN NASKAH INSTRUKSIONAL MELALUI METODE OBSERVASI PARTISIPATIF PROGRAM LANGGAM WIRAGA

Scriptwriting is one of the main responsibilities of a Scriptwriter in audiovisual production. A script that does not match the characteristics of the target audience and the visual needs of the program can make the learning material less effective and may slow down the production process. The methods used in this report include observation, interviews, and literature review. The results show that the Scriptwriter played an important role in researching the learning material, developing the learning flow, writing the dialogue, and adapting the content to the visual needs of the instructional program through participant observation. By being directly involved in both the learning and production processes, the Scriptwriter was able to understand the learning material, the teaching process, and the characteristics of the students more clearly. This experience helped the Scriptwriter create a script that was easier to understand, well-organized, communicative, and suitable for the learning objectives. Therefore, the use of participant observation supported the Scriptwriter in developing a more effective script for the Langgam Wiraga Instructional Program and contributed to a smoother production process. Perancangan naskah merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab utama Penulis Naskah dalam produksi audiovisual. Penyusunan naskah yang tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik audiens dan kebutuhan visual program dapat menyebabkan penyampaian materi menjadi kurang efektif serta memperlambat proses produksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa Penulis Naskah memiliki peran penting dalam melakukan riset materi pembelajaran, menyusun alur pembelajaran, menulis dialog, serta menyesuaikan isi materi dengan kebutuhan visual program melalui penerapan observasi partisipatif. Dengan terlibat secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran dan produksi, Penulis Naskah dapat memahami materi pembelajaran, proses penyampaian materi, serta karakteristik peserta didik dengan lebih baik. Pengalaman tersebut membantu Penulis Naskah menghasilkan naskah yang lebih mudah dipahami, terstruktur, komunikatif, dan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penerapan observasi partisipatif mampu mendukung Penulis Naskah dalam menyusun naskah Program Instruksional Langgam Wiraga secara lebih efektif serta membantu kelancaran proses produksi.
