PENGGUNAAN SPREADSHEET DALAM PERENCANAAN ANGGARAN PADA PROGRAM TALKSHOW THE GLOW UP

ABSTRACT
This study discusses the implementation of Spreadsheet in the budget planning process for the production of the talk show program The Glow Up, with the author serving as the producer. The background of this study is based on the importance of effective budget planning to support the smooth production process of a television program. The methods employed include observation and questionnaires to identify production requirements and develop the Production Budget Plan (RAB). The implementation was carried out through the pre-production, production, and post-production stages by utilizing Spreadsheet to create production timelines, categorize production needs, calculate budgets using automated formulas, monitor budget realization, and evaluate the production process. The results indicate that the use of Spreadsheet simplifies budget preparation, control, and real-time updates, thereby reducing calculation errors and improving budget management efficiency. Consequently, the production process of The Glow Up became more effective, organized, and well-managed.

ABSTRAK
Penerapan Spreadsheet dalam perencanaan anggaran produksi program talkshow The Glow Up dengan penulisan berperan sebagai produser. Latar belakang didasarkan pada pentingnya perencanaan anggaran yang efektif untuk mendukung kelancaran produksi program. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, kuesioner untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan produksi televisi serta menyusun rencana anggaran (RAB). Pelaksaan dilakukan melalui tahapan pra produsik, produksi, pasca produksi dengan memanfaatkan spreadsheet untuk Menyusun timeline, mengelompokan kebutuhan, menghitung anggaran menggunakan rumus otomatis, memantau realisasi biaya, serta mengevaluasi hasil produksi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa penggunaan spreadsheet mempermudah penyusunan, pengendalian dan pembaruan anggaran secara real time, sehingga mengurangi kesalahan perhitungan anggaran produksi program The Glow Up proses produksi berjalan lebih efektif dan terstruktur.
