Penulisan Naskah Novelet "Helm Kedua"

The high rate of adolescent anxiety and the lack of mental health literacy media
are the background to the writing of this Final Assignment, which aims to produce
a novelette "The Second Helmet" about the emotional trauma of adolescents due
to the loss of parents. The writing is based on the theory of the creative process of
Komaidi (2017), narrative empathy Abbott (2021), and the stages of self-healing
Nurriyana & Savira (2021), with the methods of literature study, observation, and
interviews through the pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
The results of the writing show that the panic attack and self-healing of the
character Letta are depicted realistically through the first-person perspective,
internal monologue, and sensory details, with the symbol of "The Second Helmet"
shifting from closeness to loss, then self-acceptance.

Tingginya angka kecemasan remaja dan minimnya media literasi kesehatan
mental melatarbelakangi penulisan Tugas Akhir ini, yang bertujuan menghasilkan
novelet "Helm Kedua" mengenai trauma emosional remaja akibat kehilangan
orang tua. Penulisan berlandaskan teori proses kreatif Komaidi (2017), narrative
empathy Abbott (2021), dan tahapan self-healing Nurriyana & Savira (2021),
dengan metode studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara melalui tahap
praproduksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan panic
attack dan self-healing tokoh Letta tergambar realistis melalui sudut pandang
orang pertama, monolog internal, dan detail sensorik, dengan simbol "Helm
Kedua" bergeser dari kedekatan menjadi kehilangan, lalu penerimaan diri.
