PERANCANGAN BUKU KATALOG LAYANAN PERAWATAN MOTOR PADA SCT MOTODETAILING GAPLEK-TANGSEL

The motorcycle maintenance service industry has experienced significant
growth alongside the increasing number of motorcycle users in urban areas.
This condition has led to a growing demand for vehicle maintenance services
that focus not only on functionality but also on aesthetics and user comfort. SCT
Motodetailing is a motorcycle maintenance service provider offering various
detailing services, including detailed washing, body polishing, paint
maintenance, and surface protection. However, SCT Motodetailing does not yet
have a well-structured written information medium, causing service information
to be delivered verbally and potentially resulting in inconsistent communication
and customer understanding. This Final Project aims to design a motorcycle
maintenance service catalog that is informative, communicative, visually
appealing, and capable of supporting the company's branding. The methods
employed in this project include observation, interviews, and literature review.
The result of this project is a service catalog containing service information,
maintenance procedures, and visual identity presented systematically and in an
easy-to-understand format. The catalog is expected to improve service quality,
customer understanding, and the professional image of SCT Motodetailing while
serving as both an informational and promotional medium.

Industri jasa perawatan sepeda motor mengalami perkembangan seiring
meningkatnya jumlah pengguna kendaraan roda dua di wilayah perkotaan.
Kondisi ini mendorong kebutuhan layanan perawatan yang tidak hanya berfokus
pada fungsi kendaraan, tetapi juga pada aspek estetika dan kenyamanan
pengguna. SCT Motodetailing merupakan usaha jasa perawatan motor yang
menyediakan layanan detailing, seperti pencucian detail, poles bodi, perawatan
cat, dan perlindungan permukaan kendaraan. Namun, SCT Motodetailing belum
memiliki media informasi tertulis yang terstruktur sehingga informasi layanan
masih disampaikan secara lisan dan berpotensi menimbulkan
ketidakkonsistenan komunikasi serta pemahaman pelanggan. Tugas Akhir ini
bertujuan merancang buku katalog layanan perawatan motor yang informatif,
komunikatif, menarik secara visual, serta mendukung branding usaha. Metode
yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil
perancangan berupa buku katalog yang memuat informasi layanan, prosedur
perawatan, serta identitas visual secara sistematis dan mudah dipahami. Buku
katalog ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, pemahaman
konsumen, dan citra profesional SCT
