VISUALISASI OPERASIONAL PT BAKHTERA FREIGHT WORLDWIDE DALAM FOTOGRAFI KOMERSIAL

ABSTRACT
Freight forwarding is a logistics service company that manages cargo shipment, customs clearance, and distribution. As a service-based business offering intangible products, the company requires visual assets to communicate its work processes to the public. PT Bakhtera Freight Worldwide, as an international-scale freight forwarding company, does not yet have commercial photography that specifically represents its operational activities. Therefore, the author created a series of commercial photographs as a visual information medium of the company's work processes, developed through observation, interviews, and literature review. The works cover administrative operations, field operations, and the human resources involved, applying technical aspects of lighting, composition, type of shot, and angle suited to each shooting condition. The resulting photographs of PT Bakhtera Freight Worldwide's operations serve as visual assets to support the company's communication.

ABSTRAK
Freight forwarding adalah perusahaan jasa logistik yang mengelola pengiriman barang, kepabeanan, dan distribusi. Karena layanannya tidak berwujud, perusahaan ini membutuhkan aset visual untuk menjelaskan proses kerjanya kepada publik. PT Bakhtera Freight Worldwide sebagai perusahaan freight forwarding berskala internasional belum memiliki karya fotografi komersial yang khusus menampilkan aktivitas operasionalnya. Oleh sebab itu, penulis menciptakan karya fotografi komersial sebagai media informasi visual proses kerja perusahaan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Karya ini mencakup operasional administratif, operasional lapangan, dan sumber daya manusia yang terlibat, dengan menerapkan teknis pencahayaan, komposisi, type of shot, dan angle sesuai kondisi pengambilan gambar. Hasilnya berupa rangkaian foto operasional PT Bakhtera Freight Worldwide sebagai aset visual pendukung komunikasi perusahaan.
