PENERAPAN TEKNIK INTEGRATED PRODUCTION OLEH PRODUSER UNTUK PENORGANISASIAN TIM PRODUKSI PADA PROGRAM TALKSHOW “PANGGUNG RAKYAT”

ABSTRAK
Produksi program talkshow memerlukan koordinasi yang baik antar tim agar proses produksi dapat berjalan efektif dan menghasilkan tayangan yang berkualitas. Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan teknik Integrated Production oleh produser dalam penorganisasian tim produksi pada program talkshow Panggung Rakyat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah observasi, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Penulis berperan sebagai produser yang bertanggung jawab mengoordinasikan seluruh tahapan produksi mulai dari pra-produksi, produksi, hingga pasca-produksi. Penerapan teknik Integrated Production dilakukan melalui perencanaan produksi, koordinasi antar departemen, pengawasan proses produksi, serta evaluasi hasil produksi. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa teknik Integrated Production mampu meningkatkan efektivitas koordinasi tim, meminimalkan kendala teknis dan miskomunikasi, serta membantu menjaga kualitas program. Dengan demikian, teknik ini dapat mendukung keberhasilan produksi program talkshow Panggung Rakyat sebagai media edukasi politik bagi generasi muda.

ABSTRACT
The production of a talk show program requires effective coordination among team members to ensure an efficient production process and high-quality output. This final project aims to analyze the implementation of the Integrated Production technique by the producer in organizing the production team of the Panggung Rakyat talk show program. The methods used in this study were observation, literature review, and questionnaires. The author acted as the producer who coordinated all production stages, including pre-production, production, and post-production. The Integrated Production technique was implemented through production planning, interdepartmental coordination, production supervision, and evaluation. The results show that the implementation of Integrated Production improved team coordination, minimized technical problems and miscommunication, and helped maintain program quality. Therefore, this technique effectively supported the success of the Panggung Rakyat talk show as a political education medium for young audiences.
