VARIAN RASA FRUSHI DALAM STILL LIFE FOTOGRAFI

Sushi has had a new innovation. namely Frushi or commonly called Fruit Sushi, the concept of the Frushi dish is inspired by the aesthetics and presentation of Sushi. The difference is, Frushi is a dish made from pieces of fresh and sweet fruit, rolled up with sticky rice inside. However, frushi is still not popular in Indonesia, many people are not familiar with frushi as an innovative dessert dish, one of which is that it lacks visual quality that is attractive to eat, and there is a lack of photo visualization in the form of photography with interesting concepts, compositions and properties. The aim of this final assignment is to provide information and photographic visualization of the innovative dish with the frushi flavor variant in Still Life Photography to people who don't know about it.

Sushi telah mempunyai inovasi baru. Yaitu Frushi atau biasa disebut dengan Fruit Sushi, konsep hidangan frushi terinspirasi dari Estetika dan Penyajian Sushi. Bedanya yaitu, Frushi hidangan yang terbuat dari potongan buah yang segar dan manis, di gulung dengan nasi ketan didalamnya. Namun, frushi masih belum popular di Indonesia, banyak yang belum mengenal frushi sebagai hidangan inovasi penutup salah satunya kurang memiliki kualitas visual yang menarik untuk disantap, dan kurangnya visualisasi foto berupa fotografi dengan konsep, komposisi dan property yang menarik. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan visualisasi fotografi dari hidangan inovasi varian rasa frushi dalam Still Life Fotografi kepada masyarakat yang belum mengetahuinya.
