PENERAPAN STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR (SOP) SEBAGAI STRATEGI PARTNERSHIP PADA PROGRAM “JEJAK FLONA”

Produksi program televisi berformat live variety show memiliki kompleksitas tinggi yang menuntut koordinasi intensif antara tim produksi dan mitra eksternal. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya tantangan hambatan koordinasi operasional dan ketidakjelasan pembagian tanggung jawab pada produksi program Jejak Flona. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran produser dalam menerapkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) sebagai strategi partnership guna meningkatkan efektivitas kerja sama eksternal. Kerangka teori yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini bersumber pada teori Manajeman POAC dan SOP Produksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipan selama proses produksi, wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber terkait, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP yang konsisten dan penyusunan dokumen kesepakatan kerja yang jelas mampu meminimalisasi miskomunikasi serta mempercepat alur kerja lapangan. Produser bertindak sebagai koordinator strategis yang menghubungkan kebutuhan teknis dengan sumber daya mitra kerja. Laporan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan SOP bukan sekadar aturan teknis, melainkan instrumen manajerial krusial yang menjamin profesionalisme dan kelancaran produksi program live variety show.

The production of television programs in a live variety show format involves high complexity, demanding intensive coordination between the production team and external partners. This Final Project report is motivated by the challenges of operational coordination barriers and unclear distribution of responsibilities in the production of the "Jejak Flona" program. This study aims to analyze the role of the producer in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as a partnership strategy to enhance the effectiveness of external collaboration. The theoretical framework used in this report is based on Production Management theory and Partnership Communication Strategy. The method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including participant observation during the production process, in-depth interviews with relevant informants, and documentation studies. The results of the discussion indicate that consistent SOP implementation and the preparation of clear work agreement documents are capable of minimizing miscommunication and accelerating field workflows. The producer acts as a strategic coordinator who bridges technical requirements with the resources of working partners. This report confirms that the application of SOP is not merely a technical rule, but a crucial managerial instrument that ensures professionalism and the smooth production of live variety show programs.
