MITIGASI RISIKO PRODUKSI DALAM MENGHADAPI LOKASI DAN ADEGAN EKSTERIOR MALAM HARI PADA FILM PENDEK BERJUDUL "DOSA TAK BERTUAN"

Produksi film merupakan proses yang melibatkan berbagai sumber daya sehingga memiliki potensi risiko yang dapat memengaruhi kelancaran proses produksi. Pada produksi film pendek Dosa Tak Bertuan, penggunaan lokasi dan pengambilan gambar eksterior malam hari memiliki tingkat kompleksitas yang lebih tinggi sehingga memerlukan penerapan mitigasi risiko secara terencana. Ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan mitigasi risiko produksi yang dilakukan oleh produser dalam menghadapi penggunaan lokasi dan pengambilan gambar eksterior malam hari pada film pendek Dosa Tak Bertuan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan fungsi manajemen Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling (POAC) sebagai landasan untuk mengkaji penerapan mitigasi risiko produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mitigasi risiko diterapkan sejak tahap pra produksi melalui identifikasi risiko, technical recce, penyusunan jadwal, contingency budget, dan koordinasi antar departemen. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh proses produksi berhasil diselesaikan dalam dua hari shooting tanpa penambahan hari produksi maupun utang scene. Dengan demikian, penerapan mitigasi risiko mampu mendukung kelancaran proses produksi serta membantu pencapaian target produksi sesuai perencanaan.

Film production is a process that involves various resources and therefore carries potential risks that may affect the smooth implementation of the production process. In the production of the short film Dosa Tak Bertuan, the use of filming locations and nighttime exterior shooting presented a higher level of complexity, requiring well-planned risk mitigation measures. This study aims to analyze the implementation of production risk mitigation carried out by the producer in managing the use of locations and nighttime exterior shooting in the short film Dosa Tak Bertuan. The analysis was conducted using the management functions of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) as the framework for examining the implementation of production risk mitigation. The findings indicate that risk mitigation was implemented from the pre-production stage through risk identification, technical recce, production scheduling, contingency budgeting, and interdepartmental coordination. The evaluation showed that the entire production was successfully completed within two shooting days without requiring additional shooting days or leaving any unfinished scenes. Therefore, the implementation of risk mitigation effectively supported the smooth execution of the production process and contributed to achieving the production objectives as planned.
