IDENTIFIKASI PENYEBAB KEBOCORAN PADA PIPA KOMPRESOR MEDIK V-S-TGSGMCA-01-1.5kW DI PT. ANEKA INDUSTRI GAS MEDIK INDONESIA

PT. Aneka Industri Medik Gas Indonesia is a company operating in the medical gas
installation system equipment industry that is needed by health services. The most
common problem is leaks in the V-S-TGSGMCA-01-1.5kW compressor pipe. To
find out the causes, treatment and treatment measures. The methods used by the
author during the research were observation, interviews, literature study and
documentation. Identifying leaks in the medical compressor pipe V-S-TGSGMCA01-1.5kW at PT.AIGMI. The causes of compressor pipe leaks are brittle seals, lack
of tight pipe connections and the absence of a maintenance schedule. Handling of
this damage is done by means of preventive maintenance, such as carrying out
routine checks and cleaning pipe grooves and all pipe connections and corrective
maintenance such as replacing tip seals and replacing rusted components. The
conclusion is to prevent this damage by making a maintenance schedule.

bergerak di bidang industri peralatan sistem instalasi gas medis yang di butuhkan
oleh pelayanan Kesehatan. Permsalahan yang paling banyak di temukan kebocran
pada pipa kompresor V-S-TGSGMCA-01-1.5kW. Untuk mengetahui
Penyebab,penanganan dan tindakan perawatannya. Metode yang digunakan penulis
saat penelitian yaitu Observasi,wawancara ,studi Pustaka dan dokumentasi.
Mengidentifikasi kebocoran pipa kompresor medik V-S-TGSGMCA-01-1.5kW di
PT.AIGMI. Penyebab kebocoran pipa kompresor tersebut dikarenakan seal getas
,kurang kencangnya sambungan pipa dan tidak adanya jadwal perawatan .
Penanganan dari kerusakan tersebut dengan cara perawatan preventive seperti
melakukan pemeriksaan rutind dan membrsihkan alur pipa dan seluruh sambungan
pipa dan perawatan corrective seperti penggantian seal tip dan penggantian
komponen yang berkarat . Kesimpulan nya untuk pencegahan kerusakan tersebut
dengan cara pembuatan jadwal perawatan.
