PERAN PRODUSER DALAM PENGELOLAAN LIVE PERFORMANCE PADA PROGRAM RADIO BUDAYA “RESONANSI MELODI”

This Final Project discusses the role of the producer in managing live performances in the cultural radio program Resonansi Melodi. This program presents live music performances as a medium of entertainment while also contributing to cultural preservation for listeners. The purpose of this Final Project is to identify the producer’s role in managing the entire live performance process to ensure that the program runs effectively and in accordance with the planned concept. The method used in this study is descriptive, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the production process. Based on the implementation and analysis conducted, the producer plays an important role as the main coordinator responsible for planning the program concept, arranging schedules, coordinating with performers and the production team, supervising technical aspects during the broadcast, and conducting evaluations after the program implementation. The producer’s management contributes significantly to the smooth execution of live performances and the quality of the program delivered to the audience.

Tugas Akhir ini membahas peran produser dalam pengelolaan live performance pada programRadio Budaya Resonansi Melodi. Program ini merupakan program siaran yang menghadirkan pertunjukan musik secara langsung sebagai sarana hiburan sekaligus pelestarian budaya kepada pendengar. Tujuan penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran produser dalam mengelola seluruh rangkaian pelaksanaan live performance agar program dapat berjalan secara efektif dan sesuai dengan konsep yang telah direncanakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama proses produksi berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan dan analisis yang dilakukan, produser memiliki peran penting sebagai koordinator utama yang bertanggung jawab terhadap perencanaan konsep acara, penyusunan jadwal, koordinasi dengan pengisi acara dan tim produksi, pengawasan teknis selama siaran berlangsung, hingga evaluasi program setelah pelaksanaan. Pengelolaan yang dilakukan produser memberikan pengaruh terhadap kelancaran pelaksanaan live performance serta kualitas program yang disajikan kepada pendengar.
