PENGGUNAAN SUSUNAN STAGE LAYOUT ORKESTRA OLEH PENATA ARTISTIK UNTUK MEMAKSIMALKAN KETERBATASAN STAGE PROGRAM LIVE “BERPESTRA”

The development of digital platforms has transformed the presentation of orchestral performances into a more modern and accessible form. The live show BERPESTRA is an orchestral music program broadcast through the YouTube platform to reach a wider audience. In this final project, the author served as the Art Director responsible for designing the orchestral stage layout based on traditional seating orchestra principles while adapting it to stage limitations. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and literature review. The production process included pre-production, production, and post-production stages. The results show that the adapted stage layout maintained visual balance and acoustic quality, supported musicians’ comfort, and contributed to the smooth execution of the BERPESTRA live show.

Perkembangan platform digital telah mengubah penyajian pertunjukan orkestra menjadi lebih modern dan mudah diakses. Program live show BERPESTRA merupakan tayangan musik orkestra yang disiarkan melalui platform YouTube untuk menjangkau penonton yang lebih luas. Dalam tugas akhir ini, penulis berperan sebagai Penata Artistik yang bertanggung jawab merancang tata letak panggung orkestra berdasarkan prinsip traditional seating orchestra dengan menyesuaikan keterbatasan panggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan studi pustaka. Proses produksi meliputi tahap pra-produksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata letak panggung yang dirancang mampu mempertahankan keseimbangan visual dan kualitas akustik, mendukung kenyamanan musisi, serta menunjang kelancaran produksi live show BERPESTRA.
