IDENTIFIKASI KEGAGALAN PROSES CETAK PADA MESIN CETAK GONGZHENG STARFIRE MENGGUNAKAN METODE FTA ( FAULT TREE ANALYSIS) DI PT SUBURMITRA GRAFISTAMA

Digital printing is a printing method that USES digital technology to produce live
printings of electronic files stored in digital format. Unlike traditional printing
methods such as offset printing that require the making of the printing plate,
digital printing allows the output of the printing to go directly to the existing

tree analysis) method is an analysis technique used to identify and analyze
possible causes for failure ina system. Identifying the problem with the most basic
printing process is the printhead which is clogged because the ink dries on the
principost. based on the writer's observations that cause the printing result to be

Starfire machine are influenced by many factors, namely poor quality printing
materials, unsuitable ink. However, based on the author's observations, the cause
of the print results being imperfect, in this case, is because the printhead is
clogged/clogging, causing the print results to be blurry and streaky.

Cetak digital merupakan metode pencetakan yang menggunakan teknologi digital
untuk menghasilkan cetakan langsung dari file elektronik yang disimpan dalam
format digital. Berbeda dengan metode cetak tradisional seperti offset printing
yang memerlukan pembuatan plat cetak, cetak digital memungkinkan output
cetakan yang langsung terhubung dengan data digital yang ada. Cetak digital
merupakan metode pencetakan yang menggunakan teknologi digital untuk
menghasilkan cetakan langsung dari file elektronik yang disimpan dalam format
digital. Metode FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) adalah teknik analisis yang digunakan
untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kemungkinan penyebab kegagalan
dalam suatu sistem. Identifikasi masalah pada proses cetak yang paling utama
yaitu printhead yang tersumbat karena tinta yang mengering pada printhead. Hasil
cetakan tidak sempurna pada mesin gongzheng Starfire dipengaruhi oleh banyak
faktor berdasarkan pengamatan penulis penyebab hasil cetak tidak sempurna
dalam hal ini dikarnakan printhead yang tersumbat / clogging menyebabkan hasil
cetak buram dan bergaris. Hasil cetakan tidak sempurna pada mesin gongzheng
Starfire dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor yaitu bahan cetak yang tidak berkualitas
,tinta yang tidak sesuai. Namun berdasarkan pengamatan penulis penyebab hasil
cetak tidak sempurna dalam hal ini dikarnakan printhead yang tersumbat /
clogging meyebabkan hasil cetak buram dan bergaris.
