RAGAM MAKANAN UNIK KHAS NUSANTARA DALAM FOTOGRAFI MAKANAN

This final assignment report is entitled "Variety of Unique Foods Typical of
the Archipelago in Food Photography". The aim of writing this final
assignment is to visually convey the uniqueness of typical Indonesian food in
food photography, so that it can increase people's understanding of typical
Indonesian food. The author uses theories that include the basic understanding
of photography, commercial photo genres, photography techniques, and the
meaning of food photography. The work process in producing this final
assignment consists of three stages, namely pre-production, production and
post-production. The results of this final assignment are 15 pictures of typical
Indonesian food. These photos are presented descriptively, consisting of
opening, content and closing photos. Creating unique food works typical of
the archipelago in this food photography uses an exploration process in
producing work which aims to find ideas about unique foods typical of the
archipelago with the right angle and composition.

ABSTRAK
Laporan tugas akhir ini berjudul "Ragam Makanan Unik Khas Nusantara
Dalam Fotografi Makanan". Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah
untuk menyampaikan secara visual keunikan makanan khas Nusantara dalam
fotografi makanan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat
tentang makanan unik khas Nusantara. Penulis menggunakan teori yang
meliputi pengertian dasar fotografi, genre foto komersial, teknik fotografi,
serta pengertian fotografi makanan. Proses kerja dalam penciptaan karya
tugas akhir ini terdiri dari tiga tahap: pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca
produksi. Hasil tugas akhir ini adalah 15 foto makanan unik khas Nusantara.
Foto-foto ini disajikan secara deskriptif, terdiri dari foto pembuka, isi, dan
penutup. Pembuatan karya makanan unik khas Nusantara dalam fotografi
makanan ini menggunakan proses eksplorasi pada penciptaan karya yang
bertujuan untuk menemukan ide mengenai makanan unik khas Nusantara
dengan angle dan komposisi yang tepat.
