PENERAPAN TEKNIK MANPOWER PLANNING OLEH PRODUSER UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR KESALAHAN TIM PRODUKSI PADA PROGRAM LIVE "BERPESTRA"

Live streaming programs have a high risk of errors because the production process is carried out in real time without any opportunity for correction during the broadcast. Therefore, structured human resource management through manpower planning is required. This final project aims to identify the implementation of manpower planning techniques by the Producer in minimizing production team errors in the live program Berpestra. The theories used in this final project include the role of the Producer, Manpower Planning, Live Streaming, and program production. The data collection methods consist of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Berpestra is a live mini orchestra show
broadcast through an Youtube Platform. As the Producer, the author implemented manpower planning by forming the production team, assigning responsibilities, coordinating the crew, preparing the production schedule, and conducting
production evaluations. The discussion shows that the implementation of manpower planning enables the Producer to manage human resources effectively and systematically, thereby minimizing miscommunication and technical errors during the live broadcast. The application of this planning also supports better coordination among production crew members, allowing the program to run according to the planned production process.

ABSTRAK
Tugas Akhir ini membahas penerapan teknik manpower planning oleh Produser dalam meminimalisir kesalahan tim produksi pada program live Berpestra. Program live streaming memiliki risiko kesalahan yang tinggi karena proses produksi berlangsung secara langsung tanpa adanya kesempatan untuk melakukan perbaikan saat siaran berlangsung. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang terstruktur agar proses produksi dapat berjalan secara efektif. Teori
yang digunakan dalam Tugas Akhir ini meliputi peran Produser, Manpower Planning, Live Streaming, dan produksi program. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Program
Berpestra merupakan program live mini orchestra show yang disiarkan melalui platform Youtube. Penulis sebagai Produser menerapkan manpower planning melalui pembentukan tim produksi, pembagian tugas, koordinasi kerja, penyusunan
time schedule, serta evaluasi produksi. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manpower planning membantu Produser mengelola sumber daya manusia secara
lebih efektif dan terorganisir sehingga mampu meminimalisir miskomunikasi dan kesalahan teknis selama siaran langsung berlangsung. Selain itu, penerapan perencanaan tenaga kerja juga meningkatkan koordinasi antaranggota tim sehingga
proses produksi dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan.
