PERAN PRODUSER DALAM MENGELOLA KOMPLEKSITAS WAKTU PRODUKSI MELALUI METODE MANAGEMENT MATRIX PADA PROGRAM MAGAZINE “HER MAGZ”

Produksi Produksi program televisi merupakan proses yang kompleks karena melibatkan koordinasi berbagai divisi dengan fungsi dan tanggung jawab yang saling berkaitan. Kompleksitas tersebut menuntut produser untuk mampumengelola waktu produksi secara efektif agar setiap tahapan produksi dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran produser dalam mengelola kompleksitas waktu produksi melalui penerapan metode management matrix pada program magazine Her Magz. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode management matrix membantu produser dalam menyusun pembagian tugas, mengoordinasikan alur komunikasi antardepartemen, mengendalikan jadwal produksi, serta mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan selama praproduksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Penerapan metode tersebut juga mampu meminimalkan keterlambatan pekerjaan, mengurangi potensi miskomunikasi, serta meningkatkan efektivitas workflow produksi. Dengan demikian, metode management matrix menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam mendukung pengelolaan waktu produksi dan meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen produksi pada program magazine.
Television program production is a complex process involving multiple departments with interconnected roles and responsibilities. This complexity requires producers to effectively manage production time to ensure that every stage of production is completed according to the planned schedule. This study aims to analyze the producer's role in managing production time complexity through the implementation of the management matrix method in the television magazine program Her Magz. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of the management matrix method assists producers in organizing task distribution, coordinating interdepartmental communication, controlling production schedules, and facilitating decision-making throughout the pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Furthermore, the method helps minimize production delays, reduce communication barriers, and improve overall workflow efficiency. Therefore, the management matrix method serves as an effective management approach to optimize production time and enhance production management efficiency in television magazine programs.
