PERHITUNGAN ESTIMASI BIAYA PRODUKSI KALENDER DINDING BRI TAHUN 2024 DI PT. GRAFIKA MEDIA SOLUSINDO

ABSTRAC
In the graphic industry, production cost estimation plays an important role in
monitoring and optimizing the printing process. Production cost estimation
estimates the possible costs required, based on several data such as the cost of
production components, clear order specifications, machinery used and other
components. In the printing industry, whether small or large scale, getting tenders
is an important goal. Getting a tender can bring some significant benefits such as
fostering trust and accountability in supplier relationships, becoming its own
reward for the printing industry. The purpose of this study is to find out the
variety of montage models that should be chosen efficiently and to find the price
difference of the three montage models. The method used for this research is
descriptive method and quantitative method. From the results of the study, in
overcoming the problems of time and cost, the selection of the right montage
model can be a solution. In the calculation of the variation of montage models,
several price differences per calendar are obtained so that the one that is cheaper
in terms of cost needs to be chosen.

ABSTRAK
Dalam industri grafika, estimasi biaya produksi memainkan peran penting dalam
mengawasi dan mengoptimalkan proses percetakan. Estimasi biaya produksi
memperkirakan kemungkinan biaya yang dibutuhkan, didasari dari beberapa data
seperti komponen harga pokok produksi, spesifikasi order yang jelas, mesin yang
digunakan beserta komponen lainnya. Dalam industri percetakan, baik skala kecil
hingga besar, mendapatkan tender adalah tujuan yang penting. Mendapatkan
tender dapat membawa beberapa keuntungan yang signifikan seperti memupuk
kepercayaan dan akutanbilitas dalam hubungan pemasok, menjadi penghargaan
sendiri bagi para industri percetakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar mengetahui
variasi model montase yang harus dipilih secara efisien dan mencari perbedaan
harga dari ketiga model montase tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk
penelitian ini adalah motode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif. Dari hasil
penelitian, dalam mengatasi permasalahan waktu dan biaya, pemilihan model
montase yang tepat dapat dijadikan solusi. Pada perhitungan variasi model
montase didapatkan beberapa perbedaan harga per kalendernya sehingga perlu
dipilih mana yang lebih murah dari segi biaya.
