IDENTIFIKASI PENYEBAB DAN PENANGGULANGAN DEFECT HICKIES DAN CETAKAN KOTOR PADA PROSES CETAK DI PT TEMPRINA MEDIA GRAFIKA BEKASI

The production process of packaging printing is inseparable from defects that affect
the printing results, so in a printing company a strict and structured control and
countermeasure system is needed. This system includes monitoring all stages of
production, from raw material preparation, molding process, to the final stage of
finishing to ensure that every step of production is carried out with consistency and
accuracyto minimize the number of defects. This final project discusses the causes,
control and countermeasures of hickies defects and dirty molds with the
Heidelberg Varimatrix CD 102-6+L machine at PT Temprintna Grafika
Bekasi. The purpose of this writing is to find out the problem of the cause of defect
hickies and dirty prints by identifying problems using the methods of Observation,
Interview, Literature Study and Documentation. The conclusion of this final project
is to find out the source of the cause of hickies defects and dirty molds in the
packaging printing process using the Heidelberg Varimatrix CD 102-
6+L machine and solutions to overcome problems in the production process of
prints.

Proses produksi cetak kemasan tidaklah lepas dari defect yang mempengaruhi hasil
cetakan maka dalam suatu perusahaan percetakan diperlukan sistem pengendalian
dan penanggulangan yang ketat dan terstruktur. Sistem ini mencakup pemantauan
seluruh tahap produksi, mulai dari persiapan bahan baku, proses pencetakan, hingga
tahap akhir finishing memastikan bahwa setiap langkah produksi dilakukan dengan
konsistensi dan akurasi tinggi untuk meminimalisir jumlah defect. Tugas akhir ini
membahas tentang penyebab, pengendalian dan penanggulangan dari defect hickies
dan cetakan kotor dengan mesin Heidelberg Varimatrix CD 102-6+L di PT
Temprintna Grafika Bekasi. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui masalah
penyebab defect hickies dan cetakan kotor dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah
dengan menggunakan metode Observasi, Wawancara, Studi Pustaka dan
Dokumentasi. Kesimpulan tugas akhir ini adalah mengetahui sumber penyebab
defect hickies dan cetakan kotor pada proses pencetakan kemasan menggunakan
mesin Heidelberg Varimatrix CD 102-6+L serta solusi mengatasi masalah pada
proses produksi hasil cetakan,
