Abstract
The C.R.A.N brand wants to develop ready-to-wear clothing that meets the wishes
of potential target partners in the form of party clothing with traditional Makassar
woven cobo motifs, an obstacle faced by high production costs. The problem in this
research is making ready-to-wear party clothes and determining the selling price
of Makassar woven party clothes with cobo motifs. The aim is to create and
determine the selling price of Makassar woven party clothing with cobo motifs. The
method used is exploratory qualitative using Hasso Plattner's Design Thinking
approach, including 5 stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. Data
used: observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results of
this research are designing Makassar woven party clothing with cobo motifs
according to the 2023/2024 trend forecast which was obtained through a brand
observation process, interviews with partners to determine the choice of Makassar
weaving and motif selection as well as determining the selling price through a
questionnaire of potential users with a target market of women aged 25 -35 years
and in determining the selling price it is added through benchmarks.

Brand C.R.A.N ingin mengembangkan busana siap pakai yang sesuai dengan
keinginan calon target mitra berupa busana pesta dengan motif tenun tradisional
Makassar motif cobo, kendala yang dihadapi ongkos produksi tinggi. Masalah
dalam penelitian ini membuat busana pesta siap pakai dan menentukan harga jual
busana pesta tenun Makassar motif cobo. Tujuannya bisa membuat dan
menentukan harga jual busana pesta tenun Makassar motif cobo. Metode yang
digunakan yaitu kualitatif eksploratif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Design
Thinking dari Hasso Plattner meliputi 5 tahap emphatize, define, ideate, prototype,
dan test. Data yang digunakan: observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literatur.
Hasil penelitian ini berupa perancangan busana pesta tenun Makassar motif cobo
sesuai trend forecast 2023/2024 yang diperoleh melalui proses observasi brand,
wawancara dengan mitra untuk menentukkan pilihan tenun Makassar dan
pemilihan motif serta menentukkan harga jual melalui kuesioner para calon user
dengan target market wanita berusia 25-35 tahun dan dalam menentukkan harga
jual ditambahkan melalui benchmark.
