LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR PERAN PENATA ARTISTIK DALAM MENENTUKAN ORNAMEN NUSANTARA PADA PROGRAM LIVE SHOW “GELORA BUDAYA”

Program pertunjukan televisi merupakan program yang menampilkan performance
sercara langsung dari kelompok atau seseorang yang menjadi objek utama pada
program. “Gelora Budaya” akan menjadi program live pertunjukan yang
menyajikan berbagai kekayaan budaya tari di Indonesia. sebanyak 143 kesenian
khas daerah yang masuk kategori hampir punah. Dari seluruh jenis kesenian yang
hampir punah, 49 kesenian khas daerah atau 34 persen berasal dari seni tari. Maka
dari itu program “Gelora Budaya” hadir tidak hanya sekedar hiburan, namun juga
akan menjadi wadah sebagai pengenalan dan pelestarian ragam budaya tari di
Indonesia dengan akses yang mudah dan meluas mulai dari dalam negeri hingga
mancanegara. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis berperan sebagai penata artistik yang
didefinisikan sebagai seseorang yang mengatur lingkungan fisik sebuah
penceritaan yang terdiri dari setting (dekor), perlengkapan dekor (Properties),
kostum, serta tata rias, yang sesuai dengan konsep penceritaan, look dan mood dari
sebuah siaran (Doenana, 2017). Properti dalam konsep artistik Nusantara bukan
sekadar benda pendukung, tetapi juga simbol identitas budaya yang menyatu
dengan cerita. Sri Rochana W. (2018), Dari penulisan ini diharapkan dapat
memberikan wawasan terhadap peran penata artistic dalam menentukan ornament
Nusantara pada set panggung dan property dari pra produksi, produksi dan pasca
produksi.

or individuals who are the main objects of the program. "Gelora Budaya" will be a
live show program that presents various dance cultural riches in Indonesia. as
many as 143 regional arts that are categorized as almost extinct. Of all the types of
arts that are almost extinct, 49 regional arts or 34 percent come from dance.
Therefore, the "Gelora Budaya" program is present not only as entertainment, but
will also be a forum for introducing and preserving the variety of dance cultures in
Indonesia with easy and widespread access from within the country to abroad. In
this writing, the author acts as an artistic director who is defined as someone who
organizes the physical environment of a story consisting of settings (decorations),
decorative equipment (Properties), costumes, and make-up, which are in
accordance with the concept of storytelling, look and mood of a broadcast
(Doenana, 2017). Properties in the Nusantara artistic concept are not just
supporting objects, but also symbols of cultural identity that are integrated with the

into the role of artistic directors in determining Nusantara ornaments on stage sets
and properties from pre-production, production and post-production.
