PERAN PENATA ARTISTIK DALAM PEMBUATAN MOCKUP PROPERTI PADA PROGRAM VARIETY SHOW "WARUNG GOSSIP"

ABSTRACT
Television is a medium that not only conveys information but also serves as a means of visual entertainment for the public. One of the most popular formats is the variety show. The program "Warung Gossip" is presented as a variety show with a warung concept that combines elements of sitcom and talk show. In realizing this concept, the writer acting as the artistic director plays an important role in creating a visually appealing atmosphere that is realized through the arrangement of sets and Mockup properties. The artistic director plays a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of the show through the design of property elements, one of which is the property Mockup. Mockups also allow the production team to visualize the concept before full production takes place. The artistic director plays a crucial role in translating the show's concept into a concrete visual form through properties, starting from the pre-production stage such as concept research, material selection, design planning, to the execution of mockup creation. Creativity, efficiency, and understanding of visual narrative are the main keys in supporting the artistic success of the production. The right mockup not only supports technical needs but also strengthens the visual identity and appeal of the program in the eyes of the audience.

ABSTRAK
Televisi merupakan media yang tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi, tetapi juga menjadi sarana hiburan visual bagi masyarakat. Salah satu format yang diminati adalah variety show. Program "Warung Gossip" hadir sebagai variety show dengan konsep warung yang memadukan unsur komedi situasi dan talk show. Dalam mewujudkan konsep tersebut, dengan penulis berperan sebagai penata artistik memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan suasana yang menarik secara visual yang diwujudkan melalui penataan set dan properti Mockup. Penata artistik memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk identitas visual acara melalui perancangan elemen-elemen properti, salah satunya adalah Mockup properti. Mockup juga memungkinkan tim produksi melakukan visualisasi konsep sebelum produksi berlangsung secara penuh. Penata artistik berperan penting dalam menerjemahkan konsep acara ke dalam bentuk visual yang konkret melalui properti, mulai dari tahap pra-produksi seperti riset konsep, pemilihan bahan, perancangan desain, hingga eksekusi pembuatan mockup. Kreativitas, efisiensi, dan pemahaman terhadap narasi visual menjadi kunci utama dalam menunjang keberhasilan artistik produksi. Mockup yang tepat tidak hanya mendukung kebutuhan teknis, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas visual dan daya tarik program di mata audiens.
