LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR PERAN PRODUSER DALAM PENYUSUNAN JADWAL DENGAN METODE 4 KUADRAN PADA PROGRAM LIVE SKETSA "BUKAN KAMPUS BIASA"

This writing is motivated by the lack of sketch comedy programs on television, which have yet to reach a rating index score of 2 or 3. The main issue addressed is the multitude of tasks that must be managed by the producer in the production of the sketch comedy program “Bukan Kampus Biasa”. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the 4 Quadrant method in assisting scheduling to ensure smooth production processes.According to Latif (2020:37), a producer is someone who is full of planning, where planning is defined as a systematic design to be implemented, including in the preparation of production schedules. Therefore, the author applies the 4 Quadrant method as an approach in developing the production schedule. The research methods used include observation, literature study, and the distribution of questionnaires to assess audience interest in sketch comedy programs. Literature study was also conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the producer's roles and responsibilities. As the producer, the author was responsible for managing all stages of production. Through the application of the 4 Quadrant method, production tasks were classified based on their urgency and importance, resulting in a more structured and efficient workflow. The findings show that this method is effective in creating realistic scheduling, improving team productivity, and supporting the achievement of optimal production quality.

Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih minimnya tayangan sketsa komedi di televisi dan belum mencapai angka 2 atau 3. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah banyaknya tugas yang harus dikelola oleh produser dalam produksi program sketsa komedi “Bukan Kampus Biasa”. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif metode 4 Kuadran dalam membantu penyusunan jadwal demi kelancaran produksi. Menurut Latif (2020:37), produser adalah sosok yang penuh
dengan perencanaan, di mana rencana dimaknai sebagai rancangan sistematis yang harus dilaksanakan, salah satunya melalui penyusunan jadwal. Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan metode 4 Kuadran sebagai pendekatan dalam pembuatan jadwal produksi. Penulis menerapkan teknik observasi, studi pustaka, serta penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui minat audiens terhadap tayangan sketsa. Studi pustaka juga digunakan untuk memahami peran serta tugas-tugas produser secara mendalam. Sebagai produser, penulis bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola seluruh tahapan produksi. Melalui penerapan metode 4 Kuadran, tugas-tugas produksi diklasifikasikan berdasarkan tingkat urgensi dan kepentingannya, sehingga menghasilkan sistem kerja yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Hasilnya, metode ini terbukti efektif dalam menyusun jadwal yang realistis, meningkatkan produktivitas tim, serta mendukung pencapaian kualitas produksi secara optimal.
