Implementasi Teknik Cut to Cut Dalam Editing Program Feature Suara Dari Tanah Jauh

Radio feature programs are popular form of broadcasting that highlight real life stories and experiences. The role of mixing person is combining audio elements such as interview, voxpop, sound effect, and backsound music is crucial in determining the program’s overall quality. One of the techniques frequently used in radio producyion is the cut-to-cut teqnique, which allows for sharp and clean transition between audio segments. In this report, the author analyzes the role of the mixing person and the application of the cut to cut technique in producing radio feature programs. The report was carried out through literature studies, field observations, and interviews. The findings show that the mixing person plays a significant role in managing transitions between content segments and in maintaining the program's pacing and listener engagement. The cut to cut technique effectively creates a dynamic flow, ensuring that the storytelling remains cohesive and impactful. This report is expected to provide insights into the importance of the mixing person’s role and the cut to cut technique as strategies to enchance the quality of radio feature programs.

Program feature radio adalah salah satu bentuk penyiaran populer yang menampilkan cerita nyata serta pengalaman hidup. Peran mixing person dalam menggabungkan elemen audio seperti wawancara, voxpop, efek suara, dan musik latar belakang sangat penting untuk menentukan kualitas keseluruhan program.
