PERAN PROGRAM DIRECTOR DALAM MENENTUKAN SHOT PADA PROGRAM FEATURE “KONTRAS: LEGENDARIS MERINTIS”

Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran
Program Director dalam Menyusun shot pada pembuatan program Feature Video
On Demand “Kontras: Legendaris Merintins”. Dalam pertunjukan drama musikal
ini, peran program director menjadi sangat penting dalam menentukan shot.
Penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode
observasi dan studi pustaka guna mengetahui tentang peran seorang program
director. Penulis sebagai Program Director bertugas di lapangan untuk
mengendalikan produksi yang di tanganinya (Andi Fachruddin, 2017: 62).
Penulisan ini membahas pembuatan program feature yang yang dilakukan oleh
program director. Program Feature merupakan program non drama yang masuk
kedalam berita ringan yang memiliki nilai seperti lucu, unik, aneh, dan menarik.
Feature ini berjenis Human Interest yang merupakan Feature yang berkaitan
dengan kebiasaan dan kebutuhan hidup manusia sehari-hari

The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how the role of Program
Director in Arranging shots in the making of the Feature Video On Demand
program “Kontras: Legendary Merintins”. In this musical drama performance,
the role of the program director is very important in determining the shot. This
writing uses a descriptive approach by using observation and literature study
methods to find out about the role of a program director. The author as a
Program Director is in charge of the field to control the production in his hands
(Andi Fachruddin, 2017: 62). This writing discusses the making of feature
programs carried out by program directors. Feature program is a non-drama
program that is included in light news that has values such as funny, unique,
strange, and interesting. This feature is of the Human Interest type, which is a
feature related to the habits and needs of everyday human life.
