PERAN PRODUSER DALAM PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO DOKUMENTER TV “DI BALIK KANDANG: GEMBALA MUDA UNTUK TANAH AIR”

Laporan tugas akhir ini membahas peran produser dalam penerapan manajemen
risiko pada produksi dokumenter TV dengan judul program "Di Balik Kandang",
yang mengangkat episode tentang regenerasi peternakan kambing di Indonesia.
Fokus utama laporan ini adalah pada penerapan tahapan manajemen risiko dalam
produksi dokumenter, yang mencakup tiga tahap produksi: pra-produksi, produksi,
dan pasca-produksi. Pada tahap pra-produksi, produser bertanggung jawab untuk
mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi
kelancaran proyek, seperti masalah perijinan, lokasi syuting, dan sumber daya
manusia. Selama fase produksi, produser harus memastikan mitigasi risiko berjalan
efektif, dengan memantau proses pengambilan gambar, mengelola perubahan cuaca
yang tidak terduga, serta menjaga keselamatan kru dan peralatan. Pada tahap pascaproduksi, produser harus menilai dan mengendalikan risiko yang muncul dalam
proses editing, dan distribusi akhir dokumenter. Penelitian ini menekankan
pentingnya peran produser dalam memastikan setiap tahap manajemen risiko
dilakukan dengan tepat untuk menghasilkan dokumenter yang berkualitas dan
bebas dari hambatan.

This final assignment report discusses the role of the producer in implementing risk
management in the production of a TV documentary with the program title "Di
Balik Kandang", which features an episode about the regeneration of goat farming
in Indonesia. The main focus of this report is on the implementation of risk
management stages in documentary production, which includes three stages of
production: pre-production, production and post-production. In the pre-production
stage, the producer is responsible for identifying and analyzing potential risks that
could affect the smooth running of the project, such as issues with permits, shooting
locations, and human resources. During the production phase, producers must
ensure risk mitigation is effective, by monitoring the shooting process, managing
unexpected weather changes, and maintaining the safety of crew and equipment. In
the post-production stage, the producer must assess and control the risks that arise
in the editing process, and the final distribution of the documentary. This research
emphasizes the importance of the producer's role in ensuring that each stage of risk
management is carried out correctly to produce quality documentaries that are free
from obstacles.
