PENGARUH KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL THE DHARMAWANGSA JAKARTA

ABSTRACT
Team cooperation is a group of individuals working together to achieve a goal.
Employee performance is the result of work that can be achieved by someone who
has been assigned with experience and on time. The purpose of this research is to
find out the impact of team cooperation on the performance of the employees of
theDharmawangsa Hotel. The population of this study is a permanent employee at
theDharmawangsa Jakarta Hotel, which has a total of 253 people. Data collection
techniques include using Google Form questionnaires. This research method is a
descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The methods used are validity
tests, realism tests, statistical analysis destrikpitf, mean tests, and spearman rank
correlation tests.The results of the research showed that if the significance value
is0.179, then there is no significant relationship; if the correlation ratio is 0.162,
thenthe rate of rotation of the relationship between the variables may be said to be
veryweak. Then it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, and
there is no significant relationship but a very weaker and more directional
relationship between team collaboration and employee performance at the
Dharmawangsa Jakarta Hotel.

ABSTRAK
Kerjasama tim adalah kelompok individu yang bekerja sama untuk mencapaisuatu
tujuan. Sedangkan Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh
seseorang yang telah ditugaskan dengan pengalaman dan tepat waktu. Tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja
Karyawan The Dharmawangsa Hotel. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan
tetapdi Hotel The Dharmawangsa Jakarta yang berjumlah 253 orang. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner google form. Metode penelitian ini
adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan
adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis statistik destrikpitf, uji mean, dan uji
korelasi rank spearman.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi
sebesar 0.179 maka dapat dikatakan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan, Keeratan
hubungan angka korelasi sebesar 0.162 artinya Tingkat keeratan hubungan antara
variabel dapat dikatakan sangat lemah.Maka dapat disimpulkan H0 diterima, H1
ditolak, maka tidak ada hubungan signifikan tetapi mempunyai hubungan yang
sangat lemah dan searah antara Kerjasama Tim dan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel
The Dharmawangsa Jakarta.
