PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA DI CENTURY PARK HOTEL JAKARTA

Century Park Hotel is located in the Gelora Bung Karno area or better known as
the Senayan area. The vision of this hotel is to become the main choice for a fourstar business hotel with international standard. To be the best by working more
effectively, actively and enthusiastically every day. Our promise, and the mission
of Century Park Hotel is to continue renovating the hotel and other facilities. Based
on the background that has been explained, the author wants to know how
important the role of work facilities and employee work effectiveness is in terms of
quality, quantity, work effectiveness and time effectiveness at Century Park. The
method used in this research is the descriptive method, with quantitative descriptive
analysis. descriptive research with a quantitative approach which aims to reveal
something as it is. The results of a simple linear regression test of the independent
variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) have a significance result of 0.05, so
there is a linear relationship between the independent variable (X) and the
variable. tied (Y) with a calculated F value of 24.614. The results of the coefficient
of determination R Square value of 0.451, this shows that the independent variable
Work Facilities (X) has an influence contribution to the dependent variable Work
Effectiveness (Y) of 45.1% and the remaining 54 .9% is influenced by other
variables which are not included in this research. Work Facilities (X) have a
significant effect on Work Effectiveness (Y) or by improving Work Facilities,
Employee Work Effectiveness will also increase. It can be concluded that both Work
Facilities variables (X) and the Work Effectiveness variable have a significant
influence on the employee performance variable (Y).

Century park hotel yang terletak di kawasan gelora bung karno ini atau yang lebih di
kenal dengan daerah senayan, visi dari hotel ini adalah menjadi pilihan utama hotel
bisnis berbintang empat yang bertaraf internasional Menjadi yang terbaik dengan
cara bekerja lebih efektif, aktif dan bersemangat tiap harinya adalah janji kita, dan
misi dari Century Park Hotel adalah melanjutkan renovasi hotel dan fasilitas
lainnya.Bedasarkan Latar Belakang yang telah dijelaskan Penulis ingin megetahui
seberapa penting peranan fasilitas kerja dan efektivitas kerja karyawan dari segi
kualitas, kuantitas, efektivitas kerja dan efektivitas waktu di century park. Metode
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif, dengan analisis
Kuantitatif Deskriptif. penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang
bertujuan mengungkapkan suatu apa adanya.hasil dari uji regresi linear sederhana
dari varibel bebas (X) dan varibel terikat (Y) memiliki hasil signifikansi 0,05, maka
terdapat hubungan yang linear antara variabel bebas (X) dengan bariabel terikat (Y)
dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 24,614.hasil koefisien determinasi nilai R Square
sebesar 0,451 hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel independent Fasilitas Kerja(X)
memiliki sumbangan pengaruh terhadap varibel dependen Efektivitas Kerja (Y)
sebesar 45,1% dan sisanya sebesar 54,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel variabel lainnya
yang tidak termasuk kedalam penelitian ini.Fasiltias Kerja (X) berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja (Y) atau dengan meningkatkan Fasilitas Kerja
maka Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan juga akan mengalami peningkatan.dapat
disimpulkan bahwa baik variabel Fasilitas Kerja (X) maupun variabel Efektivitas
Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y).
